Chairman of the Party

Each day, we go about our business rarely questioning the reality of what we see or believe. Seldom do we consider the possibility that what we perceive is actually nothing more than an illusion. “Chairman of the Party” explores conditions from a political perspective, yet the true substance of this book relates more closely to a social psychological perspective of how democracy may be nothing more than an illusion.
Perhaps of equal importance, “Chairman of the Party’ explores how the discord of politics becomes entangled in religious, economic, and other social institutions to the detriment of democracy and our individual liberty. When all of the pieces of the puzzle are together, it becomes easy to understand that what we think we see may not represent the reality of a modern democratic society
