At the age of 76 I am still in excellent health, very active, and take no medications. The title ‘Forty plus Thirty’ refers to the age when I first started to make changes in my own life and am now enjoying the benefits more than thirty years later. The book shows the reader that by making simple changes to their lifestyle they can greatly increase their chances of leading an active and healthy life right into their eighties.

Based on my own experience I show the reader a hands-on practical approach to start making changes in their daily lives. The impact of your genes on your wellness is also discussed in detail. I believe that your genetic makeup may not necessarily be the main factor that determines your level of health and longevity.
