LifeSpicer: 365 Days To Change Your Life And Become A Better You

Do you wish there was more fun in your life, that you could be better at building habits and gratitude? Do you wish you were more spontaneous? LifeSpicer: 365 Days To Change Your Life And Become A Better You is here to help.

Warning: This is not your regular, run-of-the-Kindle-mill self-help book. Things are going to get weird before they get better. You are going to curse this book, love it and everything in-between, but your year is sure as hell not going to be boring.

How does it work? Every day you are provided with a new Spice, a task or challenge to be completed. It’s like Simon Says for adults. With 365 in total that’s over a year’s worth of ways to challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone, experience new things or just be plain random.

Some Spices are easy, some are hard and some will really have you scratching your head, but that’s the whole point. If you’re sick of the mundane drudgery of everyday life, LifeSpicer will provide just that seasoning of fun and excitement you’ve been looking for.

Spice examples include:

– Today, you will remove one item from your wallet, pocket or purse.

– Today, you will donate to charity.

– Today, you will go commando.

All with daily descriptions and words of motivation, hacks and advice.

What do you have to lose but your dignity? Jump on board the fun that is LifeSpicer today.

Excited to check out this book, just downloaded it from amazon.com! I’m doing a thing in which I try out 30 new things for 30 days in this year to come 🙂 So, I will have to do about 2 or 3 new things for each month for a year to accomplish this. I think it’s a good start to figure out a lifestyle that works best for you since 30 days is not too long but not too short. I look forward to get some new ideas from this book as the year goes on 🙂
