Skwidge: A Squirrel's Tail

Skwidge is a young squirrel who was born without a tail. Unhappy with being laughed at because he can’t jump or do things the other squirrels do, he decides to run away from home and find himself a tail. Along the way he meets other woodland creatures with different tails – like Justlee Proud, the peacock and Bea Iggeers, the rabbit – who try to help him.

Just when things seem hopeless, Skwidge comes to the rescue of a baby beaver and realizes that being without a tail doesn’t make him less of a squirrel.
