Ingredients

3 cups diced red skin potatoes

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Pepper, to taste

Directions

Heat the oven to 400 degrees.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle the potatoes with the dried basil, the oregano, the garlic powder, the pepper, and the paprika. Bake for 25 minutes.
