The Doll Maker's Daughter at Christmas

Serendipity Fizzlestitch is a young woman who lives all alone in a small cottage in England in the late 1800s. She toils away day and night, making dolls while searching for absolution. Several years ago, her father died at sea, leaving her with thousands of dolls she has promised to complete on his behalf. When her mother and sisters die in a tragic accident, Serendipity blames herself; she hides from the world, ashamed of a dark secret that led to her family’s demise.

One morning, a magical letter appears in her fireplace, promising her the opportunity for a new life, a new beginning, in a magical kingdom, making her dolls for the head toymaker himself, St. Nicholas. However, Serendipity doesn’t feel she is worthy of such a calling. It is only when a mysterious stranger appears at her door, and one of her best friends subsequently disappears, that Serendipity is willing to take a chance on herself and discover that she truly is worthy of another try, a new beginning, the opportunity to love and be loved.

Come along with Serendipity as she travels to the North Pole in search of her heart’s calling and discover there is no obstacle one can’t overcome if we truly believe!
