The Caller

The Caller

The heart of darkness is not found in some isolated jungle. It has always been in the shadows of a tormented mind seeking good things the wrong way.

Meet David Mills. But no one seems to just meet him. David has something to prove to someone. But no one cares about him until it is too late.

One by one, they are taken away – without a trace. Questions. Everyone has questions without answers that matter. The police are asking. Journalists are seeking exclusive interviews filled with questions that have the fragrance of evil insinuations.

If you were Emilia Watts, your mind would not rest when your sister Chelsea is among those who are taken. You would need answers too. What if it were your sister? Your brother? Or, what would you do if the one who disappeared were you?

What if the person you know the best and love the most becomes a stranger within a few days? What if you find a desperation so deep you risk everything to escape from an approaching nightmare? If only the questions could stop? If only you didn’t have to make a choice. But you do. No, you already did. Now you must live with it, or die because of it…

The Caller is filled with a suspense coming from the unknown. It doesn’t give you the questions because you will create your own…

  • What could be worse than having a fan because of the horror you endured?
  • What could be worse than being taken – being kidnapped? Oh, it could be much worse? Much… Worse!
  • What is the awful power within someone who chooses to kill instead of being killed? But that happens all the time, doesn’t it?
  • What would you do if the worst nightmare you can imagine doesn’t just happen once, but repeats itself five years later?
  • How would you respond if you couldn’t escape the consequences of one choice, but you knew somehow that it wasn’t your fault?

Within a few pages the suspense, the horror, and the tragedy grows like echoes from Edgar Allen Poe. You won’t want to miss this. Let me say it another way – DON’T MISS THIS!
