Author interview with Dana Marton of ‘Flash Fire’

template_058

Today I’ve managed to steal a few minutes with Dana Marton, the author of the action packed ‘Flash Fire’. Dana as I’ve only got you here for a few minutes can you give the readers a super quick teaser of what ‘Flash Fire’ is about to whet their appetites.

In ‘Flash Fire’ former SEAL turned lawless mercenary Light Walker just wants to be left alone to avenge his brother’s death. He wants nothing to do with Clara Roberts, a by-the-book investigator on a secret mission, who is trying to talk (cough) badger (cough) him into helping her recover an American teenager who’d disappeared abroad. Clara Roberts isn’t crazy about the uneasy partnership either. How can tequila-swilling Walker be her best option? And, dear Lord, the things that come out of that man’s mouth! Soon the sparks they generate–and the trouble they stir up–threaten to set the jungle ablaze. But as attraction grows into love, looming danger turns into all-out war. Clara and Walker must hold on to each other and race against time to survive. Fast-paced, heart pounding, laugh-out-loud funny. Get ready for a wild adventure!

Is there one line from the book that you think best that sums up the adventure that Clara and Light embark on?
“Ah, you’re warming up to me. You know what comes next, don’t you?”

If you had your own chance for a crazy adventure to recover, liberate or perhaps steal something without consequences what would it be?

Definitely a book! Maybe Shakespeare’s manuscripts. :-)

And just an out of the box final question as we’ve just about run out of time, can you curl your tongue?
Yes!

Dana, thanks for setting some time aside for me today, and I wish you the best of luck with your promotion of ‘Flash Fire’.
