It’s no mystery that Sonny Trupiano and Danny Barrett murdered the very beautiful and cosmopolitan Catherine DuPont last New Years Eve; but who would care about one more statistic in Chicago’s depraved epidemic of murders.

But unlike other victims of the Chicago streets this murder has unexpected dark consequences setting in motion a chaotic chain of deadly events. Despite their efforts these men can’t escape its violent escalation when a clandestine government agency triggers an inner city gang war.

As if providence were guiding pandemonium the intensity soars to great heights with more murder, mercenaries and kidnapping until the malignancy of evil, a rat’s nest within society is exposed and confronted; but at what cost?
