Wheat-free – the first step for a healthy lifestyle.

Staying healthy is increasingly important in a society full of processed foodstuffs and mineral-deficient soils. That does not mean, however, that any food course is inherently better or worse than the other. The right dessert with healthy ingredients can be as healthy as any other traditional course. Eliminating wheat should be the first step – even if one is not gluten intolerant.

Why wheat-free?

As one would find it hard to eliminate all of the detrimental substances in our food, it might be a good idea to start with one of the greatest threats: Wheat… and grains in general. Wheat has little in nutritional value, and contains lectins, phytic acid, digestive inhibitors and various other antinutrients. Seeing as easy it is to replace it, there are are hardly any reasons to continue consuming it.

A grain-free dessert cookbook to make it easy.

In this book you will find 20 wheat-free, grain-free and gluten-free recipes for delicious cakes and pastries. A dessert does not have to make you feel quilty about yourself, or worried about how it could affect your figure. Some of the recipes included are in fact as healthy as they can get. Some are even sugar free!

You will find how to make use of:

  • Almonds
  • Buckwheat
  • Coconuts
  • Dates
  • Plantains
  • Hemp protein
  • and many other alternative ingredients.

Try it out, go gluten- and grain-free, and chances are you will never look back!

Most of the recipes do contain (unrafined) sugar however, so enjoy them moderately.
