Cooking with Wine

Using wine in your cooking enhances and brightens the flavor of many dishes. For some dishes, it adds much more depth and complexity of flavor. Its not necessary to use expensive wine either – save the more expensive wine to drink. You will also find a few recipes that are enhanced using liqueur. You’ll find a range of recipes for breakfast, drinks, appetizers, main courses and desserts. Here are a few examples:

  • Steak & Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce
  • Pouched Eggs in Wine
  • Cinnamon Pear Bread Pudding
  • Fume Blanc Cucumber Fizz
  • Simple Wine & Cheese Soup
  • Pork Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce
