Cancer Without Walk-a-Thons

| February 2, 2018

Rachel Eleah Roisman, M.D., M.P.H., a board-certified internist and public health doctor, was 42 years old when she died. At age 39, she had been diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer – mesenchymal chondrosarcoma. This is the blog she wrote during those years. It’s funny, sad, and oddly inspiriting. We have left it exactly as she wrote it, without any editorial changes or corrections.
