Danger ignites passion in this first polyamory quartet crime novel.

Ohio, 1978. Four people who love each other and don’t know how to express it. The hidden safe inside the Pyramid Club that no one wants to talk about. The unexplained death of a family member. Mobsters and bullets. Cold money and hot lust.

Chuck, Beverly, Stephanie, and Ron. Four people at the beginning of life’s journey who face a common threat. Ron loves Bev, Bev wants Steph, but Steph desires Chuck. Steph’s family business is at stake, Ron is about to be fired, Bev can’t decide what
to do, and Chuck wants to play guitar. Love will unite them all.

Ron’s fresh from a funeral, spent last night with three people he barely knows, has bills due, holds less than $100 in the bank, and he’s bent on revenge. However, he’s never been happier in his life.

From the book:

“I knew this would happen someday,” Beverly spoke to Ron as the sun rose slow and sent its rays into the guest bedroom. She lay on top of him.

“What do you mean?” Ron asked her.

“Fall hard in love with someone.” She rolled over and kissed him.

“I knew you were the woman I’d dreamed about the moment I laid eyes on you,” Ron told her and hoped it didn’t sound too canned. He stroked her short hair and felt her face on his chest.

“And it’s not just you. I love all of you.”

“All of us?”

“All of you. Stephanie and Chuck too. Don’t you think it’s possible to share your love?”

“But I thought you loved me.” Ron was confused. “I do love you.”

“You’re special to me, Ron,” she explained. “But the four of us are in the middle of something I don’t understand. We need to stick together if we’re going to come out alive.”

She took his head between her hands and looked him in the eyes. “Do you understand, Ron?”

“I think I do.”

“Good. I don’t want to lose you. I don’t want to lose the other two either. You ever think about kids, Ron?”

Does the safe inside the Pyramid Club hold their salvation or damnation? The only way they’ll find out is to go beyond the Four Sides of the Triangle.
