Fifteen-year-old Sunny Price dreams of being an Olympic gymnast, but thanks to the worst custody agreement in the universe, she finds out she’s half-alien and is exiled to her absentee-mother’s home planet. She has to give up her friends and elite gymnastics career to live with a mother who only wants to give orders? This. Sucks.
When Sunny arrives on environmentally ravaged planet Macawi, her green, chlorophyll hair is the only thing keeping her alive as she tries to adapt in a huge clan of female warriors in the desert country of Afaar. Between her bullying Faarian cousins, water rationing, ravaging alien birds, and racial tensions with the nearest (but kind of cute) neighbors, Sunny just wants to get home to Earth. But when her unique DNA makes Sunny the target of blood-sucking kidnappers, her mother saves her and is arrested for murder. As much as she wants to go home, can Sunny just abandon her dictatorial mother, even if staying means risking her own life? Can Sunny accept who she really is in time to save her mother and herself?

The Shylmahn Migration brings gritty realism to the nightmare of an overwhelming alien invasion of earth. Intelligent, award-winning science fiction…
Prior to the arrival of the Shylmahn, a blanket of normalcy lay comfortably over the Britton family, a quiet ordinariness that would stand in sharp contrast to what their lives would become.
Their individual stories play out across the epic landscape of the invasion, plots intertwining as each narrative progresses toward the inevitable climax at which all paths converge for one final confrontation.
From the perspective of the Shylmahn, it is not an invasion at all but a grand adventure, an exciting journey to a new world. The epic interweaves the stories of EsJen, TohPeht and NehLoc through the stories of the human characters, providing a shocking contrast to the overall conflict.
This is not ‘slam, bam, welcome to earth’ stuff. There will be no fairy dust sprinkled into the atmosphere to miraculously kill off the bad guys.
This really could happen.

Don’t dump the cargo – I paid for it fair and square with money I stole!
And so begins the saga of Jack Marber, former Special Assault Marine and his alien band of traders as they cross the galaxy doing the only job that doesn’t leave them homeless.
“I need eyes and ears in every system that would benefit the Federation. One way to do that is for the Free Traders of this universe to work for me…”Nathan Lowell
Nathan has a mission and is willing to pay handsomely for Jack’s time. If only Jack will represent the Federation that kicked him out of the service for what was Jack’s fault.
He’s not sure they should trust him, although he likes it.
His two-legged Yollin partner is trying to learn the English side of the Galactic Common language, but that doesn’t always work out so well.
Adina is a member who Nathan wants on the team. No one is sure of her, not even Adina.
A storm is rising and the misfits of the Fortitude have no choice but to fight it.
The Shadows have been blooded and survived. There was no time for celebration as their next mission came upon them like a gangster in the night.
Or missiles out of the blue.
Captain Jack Marber, the Yollin Tc’aarlat, and Adina Choudhury take the ICS Fortitude to the moons of Taglen. They have to figure out what’s going on before they can fix it, all the while they are the target of an unknown entity who wants them dead.
No matter the cost. As Tc’aarlat might say, “Don’t put all your eggs in one bastard.”
Slave traders, murderers, thieves, and con men find themselves in the crosshairs of the Shadows. Join the misfits as their intelligent ship rockets them into the middle of it all.
Following a slew of dangerous missions, the Shadows are looking forward to an easier assignment – conveying official condolences to the mourning monarch of an allied planet.
They should be so lucky.
How far would you go to mourn a lost love?
Twisted by grief, the queen has tasked her top scientists with finding a cure for death itself, so that no one else must suffer like she has. But, when the cure is accidentally unleashed upon the world, her subjects discover there are some fates worse than death.
Add to the mix a trio of unruly hawk chicks, a movie-mad android, and a stonemason with an unhealthy obsession with sledgehammers – and you’ve got a mission the team would gladly exchange for a return to the front line.

Hank Jones isn’t your typical alien abductee. There were no tractor beams, probes, or government conspiracies involved—no, Hank met his kidnappers at a bar. They weren’t exactly hard to miss—Elvis, a seven-foot tall Elvis clone, and Lawrence, a grounded European gent, were the only UCLA supporters in a bar full of Hoosiers.
Still, Hank has nothing better to do. It’s spring break, there’s a pile of freshman essays on his desk, and his thesis is going nowhere. Worse, his ex is sleeping with his dissertation director. He needs a friend, and these aliens will do.
Besides, Elvis and Lawrence could really use a hand—they haven’t visited Earth since the 1950s, and now they’re lost in Indiana, not realizing that things have changed. They need to get to Washington: if they don’t warn the president about a coming nuclear arms race, the planet will be destroyed.
But the American public don’t seem too worried. Aliens? And one of them looks like Elvis? Facebook and Twitter are aflame. Oprah and The Tonight Show hang on the phone. The apocalypse will have to wait.
Second Coming is the hilarious new novel by D.B. Borton, author of the Cat Caliban and Gilda Liberty series. Taking aim at consumerism, the cult of celebrity, and the self-destructiveness of humanity, it nonetheless finds joy in the pleasures of basketball, dogs, and rock ‘n’ roll.
After Dina Ranger loses telepathic contact with her twin brother, Duncan, she breaks into his apartment and stumbles onto a special government unit responsible for monitoring the psychic population. She’s offered a job where she can use her psionic gifts to help people.
Stranded on earth over a hundred years ago, Liam of Shria is searching for a metal needed to repair his ship when he finds Dina inside an alien escape pod and narrowly saves her after she trips the alarm.
As the mystery and their relationship deepens, Liam helps Dina learn the truth behind her abilities while uncovering a plot to rebuild an ancient weapon, exposing dangerous secrets about the alien presence on earth that may change the future forever.

Fountain of Youth, or Valley of Death?
While eating his supper of microwave popcorn, PhD student-genius Salinger Jacobs is grabbed from his apartment in California, stuck on a C-130 military plane and sent to the Sahara Desert to witness the reality of the ZOO for himself.
With the life expectancy of untrained scientists working inside the ZOO measured in hours, he has a lot to learn.
First order of business?
How do you shoot a gun, and just HOW MUCH is that plant worth?
The government needs the best of the best military and scientific minds working out how to pull the secrets from the ZOO, while keeping the deadly fauna and flora in check.
There is one major problem, Salinger doesn’t even have a PhD.
If he can stay alive long enough, he might be able to afford something besides packaged microwave popcorn to eat.
THAT IS A BIG IF.

NOTE: There may or may not be gratuitous sex in these books. Or it might actually play into a later book with funny talk about men’s vs. women’s abilities and capabilities. There is ABSOLUTELY cursing in this book. LOTS of upset cursing, cursing out of anger, fear, and other emotional issues related to carnivorous alien flora or fauna eating humans who don’t say ‘darn.’ LOTS of gratuitous cursing just because the author finds it funny, too. There is death and sadness…and more death. In fact, it’s a blender of blood out in the ZOO. Man vs. Alien nature seems to justify ugly results. Plus, people have emotional hangups. Expect to smile, laugh, cry, and perhaps have a spate of jealousy or two. Further, there might be explicit sex, thank you sex, and you’re welcome sex. Finally, there is no Coke in the ZOO. That is probably the worst and most offensive trait in these stories. This is Michael Todd, and I approve of the shenanigans pulled in ZOO stories.
