Thunderstruck! Steve Stackhouse was overwhelmed by the woman on the other side of a crowded subway car on a steamy, miserable evening in New York City. Steve had to meet her, but he was so shy that he might inadvertently let her slip away through the crowd. As she exited the train, a sudden summer rainstorm provided the opportunity and encouragement he needed as he offered her his umbrella. That unexpected and spontaneous meeting would change their lives forever and form exciting romantic and business ventures that would take their partnership from humble beginnings to dynamic category-changing consulting for blue-chip companies around the world.
