Curious Matrix

Curiosity is all around us. You just need to explore it. This book is doing exactly that – exploring various questions and hypotheseses about past, present and future world and society we’re living in. What you are going to read is by no means scientifically accurate in every way or a complete truth, but it is one man’s reflections on different topics with a pinch of creativity. A good part of the book is supported by various research, but a good portion is open to the imagination. That’s why I wrote this book, to share my view, which can be correct, it can be fictional and imaginable, but it is curious and explorational in many ways. That is the essence of writing – to explore your mind while bringing fiction closer to nonfiction. The book consists of 18 chapters that are not connected subjectwise but are somehow connected in curiosity. Those chapters are structured to make you question your foundations of thinking and consider difficult subjects. Whether those are; a future world with sex robots, a world without weapons, or perhaps a world without electricity, I think they are very interesting questions that are open to interpretation.

Meet Domagoj Pernar

Born and raised in Croatia, Domagoj Pernar was always a curious fellow. From his young days, he was interested in many different topics ranging from Russian authors such as Dostoevsky to interests in computers, informatics science, and mechanics. Later in life, he started researching philosophical theories and the potential for a dystopian end of society (perhaps that’s why he was born in 1984.) These interests in the philosophy and meaning of life, potential future developments of the world, and overall curiosity about today’s (and past) world led to journaling of his thoughts. Taking Action for a Better Tomorrow

In our world today there are monumental and exponential changes occurring. These changes are happening not just in the local, international, and global arenas, but even within ourselves. Looking at ourselves, our governments, our societies, humanity, and the world in general, many questions and concerns may come to mind. Let us explore these, and discuss our responsibilities and the necessary actions that will help guide us into our future. It is important to look beyond isolationism or globalization. There are many different contributing factors to our immediate surroundings, the cultures we live in, and the changing situations that all humanity shares. And there are also many different forms of cause and effect at work. We must examine all of humanity, from the various cultures and subcultures that exist to our individual selves. The purpose of this book is to have you ask a variety of engaging questions, both of yourself and about the world around you. I want to help you explore these deep questions so you can find answers that will ultimately help you survive the intense upheavals of today.
