Meet Dianne Willging

Dianne Willging is a yoga instructor and an author, who has worked in the field of education for over thirty years. She began her journey in yoga as a result of managing back pain, and found it added so much more to her physical and mental health. Some of these benefits include strength, flexibility, focus, stress relief, and reflection. Dianne is a certified yoga teacher, who strives to balance the physical asanas, or poses, with the other limbs of yoga. The use of visualization within her yoga practice has greatly enhanced her life, and she seeks to share this tool with other people on their journey to a more focused, peaceful state of being. This is her first book.
